Samenwerking Belo Groep en Nettenergy voor PyroFlash installaties

Nettenergy uit Boskoop en de Belo Groep uit Linschoten hebben een samenwerkingsovereenkomst getekend voor de levering van PyroFlash installaties.. De samenwerking is gericht op het serie matig bouwen van 2 ton/dag en 10 ton/dag installaties. Nettenergy levert de procestechnologie en kennis voor de installatie, De Belo Groep levert de installaties turnkey af.
Nettenergy heeft de eerste opdracht voor het bouwen van een 10 ton/dag installatie al afgegeven. Dit is een vervolgopdracht van een in 2023 geleverde installatie voor een Amerikaanse klant.
Wat zijn PyroFlash installaties?
Een PyroFlash installatie zet continu hout of agrarische restromen om in biochar, pyrolyse olie, houtazijn en synthese gas waarmee elektriciteit en/of warmte kan worden geproduceerd.
Een PyroFlash installatie kan mobiel ingezet worden en op locatie materiaal verwerken.

PyroFine technology supplies synthetic carbon and hydrogen

NettEnergy together with its Dutch partner The Crown Chemicals successfully produced synthetic carbon and hydrogen by pyrolysis of methane. This route is also known as the turquoise hydrogen route. No CO2 is produced in this route. For one kg of hydrogen, three kg of carbon is produced.
The plan is to upscale the Pyrofine Technology to standardized 500 kg/day hydrogen or 1500 kg/day carbon production units that can run on either natural gas or biogas.
The carbon produced is of high quality and purity and can be used in multiple product applications.
